Through its websites, the organization offers a marketplace for services and an exclusive hiring platform for media, entertainment, creative, and artistic talent. The users who upload their user content to the websites in order to apply for jobs are referred to as "applicants," and the users who are home-based business customers, industry recruiters, or any other party downloading, accessing, or viewing the user content uploaded by the "applicants" are referred to as "industry recruiters" or "home-based individual customers." You are given the option to use the websites, but only if you agree to the terms and conditions stated in the terms of use, which may be posted on the websites, included with products you purchase, or otherwise made available to you.
You will not (without limitation): While using the Websites, Services, and/or Products, and without limiting anything else stated anywhere in the Terms of Use: post things or information to websites in unsuitable sections or categories; violate any laws, the rights of third parties, or our policies; refuse to send any payment; alter or circumvent the charge schedule, the billing cycle, or the fees owing to the company; Post false, erroneous, libelous, or inaccurate content (including personal data); engage in any way that could undermine the rating or feedback systems, such as by showing, importing, or exporting feedback data from websites or by using it for unrelated reasons; transfer your account (including any comments) and User ID to a different person without first getting the organization's express permission.
As a condition of using the Websites, the User certifies, represents, and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years old, is fully able to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, and affirmations outlined in these Terms of Use, and will use the Websites in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
It is expressly forbidden for anybody under the age of 18 to register with the websites or post or submit personally identifiable information there. The Users can send or upload information to the Websites or through the Websites, including data, information, pictures, photos, graphics, videos, messages, links, and other materials ("User Content"). The content that you submit to the Websites as a user is solely your responsibility, and by doing so, you represent and warrant that the content is yours and does not violate or infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy or publicity, other intellectual property rights, or any other right.
Under normal circumstances, the organization does not prescreen or keep track of the user content. However, the company retains the right to review, censor, delete, move, block access to, or prohibit the transmission or receipt of any user content, without prior notice, if the company finds that the content is obscene, defamatory, libellous, invades the privacy of any person or entity, violates any right of a person or entity, is illegal, violates the Terms of Use, or is otherwise offensive or inappropriate.

threatens India's unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty; friendly relations with foreign states; or public order; or encourages the commission of any crime that could be prosecuted, obstructs the investigation of any crime, or disparages any other country.
contains computer code, files, or programmes that have the ability to interrupt, delete, or restrict the use of any computer resource.
Any such content may be deleted or removed by the organization without warning, and the organization may cancel any registration or terminate an account on the websites at any time, for any reason, including when there are technical issues, irregularities, or abuse, and without notice or liability.
The said User/Visitor to Websites declares that if he or she breaches any provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, byelaws, and notifications made thereunder, he or she shall be completely responsible for all acts, deeds, and things, and any liability arising out of such acts, deeds, and things, or any other legislation for the time being in force.
Additional Conditions for Industry Recruiters / Home Based Individual Customers.
You agree not to use the "Applicants'" uploaded user content for any other purpose than as a recruiter, employer, or hirer of their services.
Your job posting on the websites shall be your sole responsibility, and the organization shall not be held responsible for any employment choices made by any User who posts jobs on any of the websites, for any reason.
It is forbidden for you to advertise any jobs that do not adhere to local, national, and international laws, such as those governing labour and employment, equal employment opportunity, eligibility requirements, data privacy, intellectual property rights, and data access, etc.
It is prohibited to advertise any job that seeks sexual services, encourages prostitution, calls for escort services, or asks for the use or donation of any human body parts, including reproductive services like surrogacy or egg donation.

General terms

The user hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and fully understands the organization's privacy policy and gives their consent, expression, and agreement. The user further acknowledges that he or she accepts the privacy policy's terms and conditions.

The User understands and accepts that the General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and/or User Content may be changed, altered, or modified at any time at the Company's sole discretion. Any user content may be deleted, altered, or changed at any time at the company's sole discretion. The user must check the website for the most recent Terms of Use and Privacy Policy information.
Report of abuse
